We take great pride in representing some of the nation's premiere trucking companies and motor carriers along with transportation-related insurance carriers, which includes primary, excess and reinsurers on both the East and West coasts. On a daily basis, we defend cases of personal injury, death, serious injury, property damage, LTL (Less Than Truckload) versus TL (Truckload) issues, worker's compensation, subrogation and cargo claims, including Carmack cases. We routinely handle these cases from emergency response stage all the way through litigation, ADR, trial and appeal if necessary.

We also handle regulatory matters for our motor carrier and insurance clientele, such as drug and alcohol testing, regulatory hearings, overweight and length violations, violation of driver qualifications, including physical requirements under DOT standards. We handle HAZMAT issues, including fingerprinting, as well as HOS and FMCSA regulations. In addition, we can provide a defense for drivers that are charged with regulatory violations or criminal charges.

We are often called upon to handle numerous corporate issues for our trucking and insurance clients including EEOC, ADA, TITLE VII, FMLA, and employment termination and discrimination actions. We have written and negotiated lease agreements, dock and terminal agreements and have prepared and reviewed corporate filings. We have brought replevin actions to release company vehicles being held by lien holders and have negotiated shipper agreements under post-9/11 regulations.
