Johnson v. Davis
In a suit to determine insurance coverage, declaratory judgment allowing the underinsured-motorists coverage provided by defendant-Addison Insurance to plaintiff-Johnson to be stacked is affirmed where the antistacking clauses contained in the Addison policy create an ambiguity when read in conjunction with the policy declarations page.

Kevin Murphy v. Selland Auto Transport and William McAfee: rear-end collision (multiple vehicles) - (Semi-Truck/Car). Settlement: Plainitff, $160,000.00

ILLINOIS

Davis v. Radensleben: motorist drive too fast and failed to slow down in time to avoid causing a rear-end collision and damages to passanger in another vehicle. Verdict: Defendant, $0.

Plazola v. Forness: inattentive motorist followed too closely and failed to slow down to avoid causing a rear-end collision and damages to another motorist. Settlement: Plaintiff, $19,500.00

State Farm Mut. Ins. Co. v. Edison: motorist negligently crossed over the centerline, causing a collision and damages paid by the other driver's insurance company. Settlement: Plaintiff, $39,092.45.

State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co. v. Troncoso: inattentive motorist negligently turned left in front ot another driver, causing damages paid by the pther driver's insurer. Settlement: Plaintiff, $8,900.00.

State of Illinois v. Venturini: truck driver negligently lost control, causing an improperly secured load to fall off the truck's trailer and damage a bridge and guard rails. Verdyct: Plainittif, $60,265.00

INDIANA

Rodriguez v White: motorist collided with a vehicle stopped for traffic, causing injuries; insurance carrier failed to pay benefits according to the injured's UIM policy. Verdict: Plaintiff, $3,774.27.

Welch v Combs: woman riding as a passanger with her mother was compensated for injuries she recieved in a failure-to-yield crash with another motorist. Verdict: plaintiff, $4,300.00

MINNESOTA

Evans v. Stefano: Negligence of four drivers, including the driver of a phantom vehicle, caused motor vehicle accident. Verdict: Plaintiff, $0

MISSOURI

Bauer v. Stewart Title Guar. Co.: title insurance company failed to pay insured sufficiently for claim that the property he bought was partiallt encumbered by an existing title. Verdict: Plaintiff, $100,000.00

OHIO

Eugene Biolan v. Renita Gallagher: motor vehicle auto accident, disabled vehicle, mechanic injured. Verdict: Plainitff, $13,545 net award.

Copfer v. Blasko: driver failed to stop for red traffic signal, struck another vehicle broadside in interesction. Verdict: plaintiff, $15,000.00

Redwine v Bryant: negligent driving caused motor-vehicle collision between motorcycle and car. Verdict: Defendant, $0.

OREGON
