Our experience in litigating and
trying lawsuits in various jurisdictions and venues in our locale
allows us to give a fair estimate of the value of a claim or case,
and our ability to clearly distinguish between venues that are
dangerous and those where risks can be taken. Certainly, a number
of factors are to be considered, but one of the greatest lessons
