Declaratory Judgment and Coverage Experience:
On a regular basis, we litigate coverage issues familiar to the transportation and trucking industry in particular, including non-trucking (NTAL) coverages, exclusions, trucking endorsements, primary and excess, including all ISO form and manuscript policies. We advise and handle a large amount of coverage litigation for leading trucking and non-trucking carriers and all associated policy disputes. We are comfortable litigating coverage questions in both state and federal court, including all determinative venue and choice of law issues.

We routinely defend and prosecute special coverage proceedings in state and federal court and inter-company arbitration, including uninsured/underinsured motorists' arbitrations, no-fault arbitrations, petitions to stay and framed issue coverage hearings.
